OK, I said I would send it somewhere to be published. I worked on it some, and today's Mid-Day has the revised version.

Amit said...: Dilip - Nice post. The "only way" surely is not a solution for all the woes and our policy makers should understand that. As you rightly said the idea is in mixing and matching the policies.

However I just shudder that we do not get back to some other "raj" due to this. The line is thin to walk and I keep my fingers crossed.

The rural employment bill is good on paper but I will wait for its implementation because generally the "aam aadmi" is never reached out to ... you would say pessimism... but that is all i have seen; September 01, 2005 9:04 PM
