The other fifty per cent

There's a sense of privilege I feel at being part of How the Other Half Lives. Because I think of the others whose names you'll find there -- Uma, Anand, Vikrum and Shivam -- as unusually thoughtful people.

This blog is something we've been tossing around for a couple of months; Shivam was the kick-start that has got it off the ground and with the pile of work he has put in, I'm thrilled we've launched today. There are some kinks to iron out still, so bear with us while that happens.

But do visit, read, and definitely let us know what you think. We hope to give you plenty to think about.

On air right now, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, puddy-tats and tweetie-birds: How the Other Half Lives. Be there or be elsewhere.

APPLY ONLINE NOW: Indicorps offers competitive fellowships for people of Indian origin interested in spending one to two years (Starting August 2006) on unique development and service projects in India.
