Alkaid, Mizar, Alioth, Megrez, Phecda, Merak and Dubhe.
What am I talking about?
Bonus #1: Why are Merak and Dubhe useful?
Bonus #2: At least two things are special about Mizar. What are they?
Bonus #3: Why does this post have that title?
No googling.

They are all stars in ursa major .
I know mizar is a double star
Also if I remember correctly they form what people think look daugthers in funeral procession
I don't know about merak and dubhe.
Looks like joining the astronomy club in school finally paid off.
These are stars in Ursa Major ( Great Bear), also called Sapta rishi constellation.
Merak and Dubhe are used to site the North Star.
Mizar has a (faint) companion star called Alcor.
The slow movement of these stars around the North pole could be thought of as resembling a funeral procession.
