Firstly, I think it's high time that The Governments, the state attorneys and barristers realise that it is virtually impossible for the content served on the internet to be associated with one single entity. Remember the Baazee.com case?
Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, a portal allows a group of people to share the ideas but that may not mean that the portal advocates the ideas discussed. It is merely providing them a common space and some tools for discussion. If I and a friend goto a coffee house for an hour, have cups of coffee, criticise the United States and continue to do so for the rest of our lives (and in the process expand the group), would the management of the coffee house be held responsible for having an anti-US stance? This is rubbish.
I fully agree with the text in bold and the comments posted above.
It is high time that the two countries, their citizens and governments grew up.
