I got just such a comment today, on Not Kuruvamma that I wrote over a year ago. I felt the comment was valuable enough that I should reproduce it here instead of leaving it there in darkness.
In full and unedited, here it is:

By previous such incident, you mean someone posting a comment after the post had been passed over by other newer ones?
Funny you should mention it, I was just thinking today about what happens to a really thought-provoking post (or at least one one thinks is when one write it) that just gets passed over because no one's happened to visit a blog at a given time.
I keep referring this link to everyone with this question. I really think you should read this. Your blog, being content centric, will benefit.

Dilip,
I have two words for you. "Sarcasm tags" :)
(But "imigrants pouring in like rain" is a powerful image. Would make a cool opening panel for a comicbook. Sorry, graphic novel.)
THE IMIGRANTS POURING IN LIKE RAIN and his (it always is invariably a he..) and his rant about Chennai reminded me of this.
That said, I have found Chennai to be an unfriendly city to non-natives of Tamil Nadu.
