"Goof-ups galore in Casino Royale" is the subtitle, and that's what this is: a list of boo-boos in the new Bond film. For example:
- Factual error: In the scenes at Miami airport you see numerous CSA planes (Czech Airlines). Czech Airlines offer no direct flights to Miami. However Prague airport, where this scene was shot, is full of CSA planes.
Revealing: During the scene at the restaurant in Monenegro (actually filmed in the Czech Republic) you see a payphone with a Czech Telecom logo on it (itself a piece of history as these are all now rebranded O2).
But it gets more fascinating.
Idly surfing the Web the other day, I ran into this page, and would you believe it, it also lists boo-boos in the new Bond film! Would you believe it, it has every single one that the HT feature lists! Would you believe it, the boo-boos listed in both places are identical, down to the missing "t" in "Montenegro"! For example:
- Factual error: In the scenes at Miami airport you see numerous CSA planes (Czech Airlines). Czech Airlines offer no direct flights to Miami, however Prague airport, where this scene was shot, is full of CSA planes.
Revealing: During the scene at the restaurant in Monenegro (actually filmed in the Czech Republic) you see a payphone with a Czech Telecom logo on it (itself a piece of history as these are all now rebranded O2).

Well, one of them found it easy to cut, copy and paste without giving the credits.
The odds of people finding 'this' out must have been less.
Good of you to point this out.
Wow!! People are now plagiarising from HT? What next boss?
One of these days, HT and TOI will run the same plagiarised article on the same day. That will be fun.
if you search you'll find this blogpost from abt an year ago that cited similar articles at HT and TOI
TOI sucks.. from being a newspaper loaded with stuff to read its' become a tabloid. unfort HT still can't stand up to it.
nice blog btw.. and good to know there's some other people that appreciate the princeess bride as being more than just a fairy tale.
