So while I rumble through another blogging trough (how many will there be?), this question that's always puzzled me:
Why do the Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys always play NFL football on Thanksgiving Day? Not each other. But these two invariably figure in games on that day. Why? When did this become a tradition?
Speaking of football, I saw this live. And innumerable times in the days and weeks afterward. Still hard to watch.

Hm... when most Indians (and most people around the world) say "football" they mean quite another sport. And I give thanks for that.
