Band banned

Three cricketers:

  • Shoaib Akhtar, Pakistan: banned from international cricket for five years.

  • Marlon Samuels, West Indies: banned from international cricket for two years.

  • Harbhajan Singh, India: banned for IPL and five ODIs. He should be playing international cricket again by July.

Looks like no one is interested when one speaks the truth... If your post gets no comments, how on Earth will mine?

True, 1cono! I read your post and also the mutiny.in post (and comments). I couldn't agree more. Bhajji should have been banned for a year now, minimum. It's the only thing that would have taught him a lesson. My feeling is, we simply don't want to truly punish our own guys who commit crimes or do stupid things -- like Harbhajan.

I think Sree Santh should have been banned for at least half the number of matches that Harbhajan has been banned for.
