From Baxter to the PO

From the "Police Reports" column in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle over the last two days, this selection:

  • Two people were found fornicating in the East Gallatin Recreation Area after hours at 1:09 a.m.

  • Police were unable to find three men who were reportedly walking down Tracy Avenue at 2:35 a.m., yelling as loud as they could.

  • A couple got into a fight on North 27th Avenue at 3:44 a.m., because the man slept with a bridesmaid from a wedding.

  • A man reported at 5:30 p.m., that his girlfriend went into his truck without his permission and spit on the seat while it was parked on West Babcock Street.

  • A man was walking around the parking lot at the Lava Lake Trailhead at 11:47 a.m., talking to himself.

  • A caller reported that he accidently shot off his 8 mm gun and had no idea where the bullet went at around midnight on Sheepshank Drive in Belgrade.

  • An intoxicated man urinated on a couch in the lobby of the Baxter Hotel and left at 4:52 p.m. He was cited and released.

  • Deputies warned two people for attempting to urinate and litter on post office property in Bozeman at 10:49 p.m.

  • Police confiscated a wooden pipe after a man handed it to them on North 25th Avenue at 10:24 p.m.

  • Police took two abandoned hamsters found at the East Gallatin Recreation Area to the animal shelter at 11:08 a.m.

  • A man walking around Bozeman Deaconess Hospital with a crossbow at 1:30 p.m. was gone when police went to investigate.

  • A man promised to delete nude photos of his ex-girlfriend from his cell phone if he finds it after threatening to show them to others around 9 a.m.
