Treatment

I'm cynical about a lot of things, among them the IPL.

Yet I think this interview should be required reading for a lot of us: from sports people to employers to guitarists to those who find one or another ideology irresistible.

What I'm not cynical about is what happens if you "treat people fairly, evenly."
